I would like to take this opportunity to thank you most sincerely for the airport transfer service your provided to my parents at Durban airport on Sunday 12th August 2012. My elderly parents were living with me in Australia but wanted to return to live in South Africa. Unfortunately I did not have any family in Durban to meet & greet them so I had to arrange accommodation in Umhlanga and then find a way for them to get to this accommodation on a Sunday night. After searching the internet I found your company and decided to give you a go. I booked it online but also called your office to ensure they had the booking and ask if my parents could pay the driver on arrival which they agreed to. This was great as it saved me R200 bank fees which I would have to pay to do an international money transfer and there was no guarantee that your office would receive it in time. I called my parents after they arrived in South Africa (after almost 30 hours flying)_and they couldn’t stop thanking me for organising the transfer. They could not speak highly enough of Lucky their driver who assisted them all the way. They are in their 80’s and would not have been able to cope with their luggage but Lucky assisted them at the airport and on arrival at their apartment. Lucky, my most deepest thanks to you for helping them. I am sure they will be on the move to Australia again next year for a holiday (this will be their 6th trip) so I will be sure to ask them to give your office a call to arrange the transfer to and from the airport. We would like to thank you for the excellent shuttle service that you provided us with to take us to ORT International Airport on Saturday 4th August and for the return service from ORT to our home on Saturday 18th August. Our return journey was marred by a SMS that we received while waiting to board our flight back to Johannesburg with a message of a sudden family death of one on my wife’s relations. My wife has been battling with a broken arm and was tired and our flight was delayed. We were pleased to see your driver on our ORT arrival. I thought he was Patrick who took us to ORT and addressed him as such, he never corrected me. I now know his name is David, he was very courteous and helpful with our luggage and assisted me with the luggage on arrival at home. I duly took the cash payment out of a small purse, that has very sentimental value for me as it belonged to my foster mother in Sweden, and paid David as arranged; at that point I must have dropped the small purse. I realised that it was missing when we were inside our house and hence my telephone call. I appreciated your efficiency in linking my phone call through in a 3-way conversation to David who went to look in his car and found the small black leather purse. He delivered it to our home @ 15:00 on Sunday 19th August. Please convey our sincere thanks to David for his honesty/integrity and going out-of-his way to return the sentimental valued purse to me. We will certainly use your service again when next we travel.

I just want to complement EZ Shuttle on really excellent service. My wife and I landed yesterday morning from Bangkok and were received at the airport by Mpumi. She was very friendly and helpful, and accompanied us outside and showed us where to wait until the driver pitched. We were taken home by Joel. What a competent and friendly driver.
