EZ SHUTTLE AIRPORT SHUTTLE SERVICES

  • A booking confirmation is emailed to the provided email address for each booking. The booker is responsible for checking each confirmation document for accuracy, and to advise our 24-hour reservations team of any required amendments, to avoid charges.
  • A reminder SMS will be sent the evening before the transfer takes place to the contact number provided on the reservation. Travelers are to ensure that their provided mobile number is set to receive such information.
  • An SMS with the driver’s details is sent 15 – 20 minutes prior to the transfers taking place to the number provided on the reservation or at the time of the booking.
  • We urge that all confirmations are double-checked by the travel booker to ensure accuracy and if any discrepancies are picked up, please respond to the mail or call our 24-hour reservations department to rectify this.
  • Should travel be within 24 hours, please call our 24-hour reservations department to arrange a booking. Alternatively send a mail to [email protected] with your request and should you not receive confirmation within 1 hour, please contact the 24-hour reservations department or book your transfer online using your API log ins.
  • All amendments, cancellations must be made directly with our 24-hour reservations department or the applicable travel agent, who will communicate with EZ Shuttle. No changes will be accepted if made with drivers directly. These changes need to reflect on an updated confirmation mail which will be mailed to you.
  • All rates are provided in full, per transfer (one way) and there are no additional costs per vehicle.
  • All transfers are direct door to door. A surcharge of R 100.00 will be charged per additional stop.
  • For transfers between 21:30pm and 05:29am - an additional R 100.00 will be charged per transfer.
  • Baby Seats are provided at an additional charge of R 150.00 per baby seat.
  • Medium (standard) trailers are provided at an additional charge of R 150.00 per trailer. Large trailers are quoted on request.
  • Collections to the airport should be booked a minimum of 2 hours prior to domestic departures and 4 hours prior to international departures if travelling from within the city of departure. EZ Shuttle cannot accept responsibility for any transfers not booked in accordance with the above ACSA recommendations. Please contact our 24-hour reservations department for advice on long-distance airport transfers.
  • Waiting fees of R400.00 per vehicle, per hour after initial curtesy waiting time (subject to availability);
    1. 30 minutes for non-airport collections
    2. 1 hour for domestic airport collections
    3. 2 hours for international airport collections
  • All cancellations and amendments must be made 3 hours prior to the pickup time. Failing to do so may result in a 100% no-show fee.
  • All long-distance transfers and large vehicle transfers (7 - 22 passengers) must be cancelled 24 hours prior to the transfer taking place to avoid a cancellation fee.
  • All transfer with coaches (22 passengers and up) must be cancelled 48 prior to the transfer taking place to avoid a full no show fee.
  • All train transfers require cancellation six hours in advance to avoid a 100% cancellation fee.
  • EZ Shuttle reserves the right to cancel orders and refund customers’ money because of obvious pricing errors.
  • All EZ Shuttle drivers within South Africa wear a uniform with EZ Shuttle branding clearly visible and will identify themselves to travellers. For transfers outside of SA, drivers will simply have a board up with the passengers' surname in the arrival hall.
  • All drivers page (wait) at the airport with an EZ Shuttle paging-board, displaying the EZ Shuttle logo, and indicating the traveller/group name for easy identification. For transfers outside of SA, drivers will simply have a board up with the passengers' surname on it in the arrival's hall.
  • EZ Shuttle will attempt to accommodate early/delayed flight arrivals whenever possible, but severely early flights in particular might require the passenger to wait for their driver until the scheduled time of the booking.
  • Payment made by electronic funds transfer (EFT), must be made at least 24 hours prior to the relevant collection time to avoid automatic cancellation (unless a payment arrangement has been made with our accounts department). EZ Shuttle bank details are displayed at the bottom of every booking confirmation issued.
  • Payments via bank QR code and credit card are instant and processes via the relevant bank secure platform (QR code) or PayGate (credit card).
